WASHINGTON, DC – SDV INTERNATIONAL joined the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to examine its Small Business Applied Research (SBAR) investments. SDV INTERNATIONAL’s President, Jason Roys, joined USAID’s experts from South Africa at the event to discuss goals and strategies to access innovative, new approaches to solving problems that are often solved by small, agile organizations that partner with local organizations.
Mr. Roys met Shirley Baldwin, Contracting Officer and Frankfurt A&A Lab Lead at the USAID Office of Support Operations, as well as Jessica Farber, Contracting Officer and USAID Africa A&A Lab Lead in South Africa. Mauricio Vera, USAID’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) Director, facilitated the event.
