DHAKA, BANGLADESH -- SDV INTERNATIONAL recently concluded a phase of outreach to global health experts at the US Agency for International Development (USAID) in Dhaka, Bangladesh. SDV INTERNATIONAL has supported U.S. missions for more than a decade, and the firm’s global health experts are exploring approaches to transfer successful healthcare technology from the non-profit community to the USAID Mission in Bangladesh.
SDV INTERNATIONAL’s team has led interesting and relevant projects with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and other organizations that have positioned SDV INTERNATIONAL to provide unique technical support on programs at USAID.
SDV INTERNATIONAL’s team is exploring programming opportunities throughout the region, including through Bangladeshi ministries, to help facilitate cooperative health programs, such as USAID Mission-critical programs to combat the tuberculosis epidemic.
SDV INTERNATIONAL’s staff, including its CEO, Michael Perry, has supported the World Health Organization to study foreign healthcare systems, and design innovative programs to improve global healthcare and wellness. For instance, in Barbados, Michael Perry’s team at the World Health Organization implemented computing systems to modernize the Barbadian health care infrastructure, introducing the full gamut of healthcare modernization practices, from clinical improvements to advancements in logistics.
