The Encounter Classification Handbook for Military Occupational and Environmental Medicine is published by the Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center in Portsmouth, Virginia. This 4th Edition of the Encounter Classification Handbook (formerly titled The Coding Manual and known as the “Orange Book”) is the result of the collaborative efforts and work by SDV INTERNATIONAL's Diana Stuart, CPC, CPC-H, CPMA, CEMC, CCS-P, CRS, with Lisa Rosenthal, CCS-P, LCDR Anne R.
